Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Elite Scale Digital website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover use of our website only. If you become a client, a separate signed service agreement governs our actual working relationship, deliverables, and any guarantees, and that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with anything on this website.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Scale Digital or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission.

No Guarantee of Results From Website Use Alone

Any results, statistics, or figures referenced on this website (including appointment counts, ROAS, or revenue figures) reflect outcomes for actual clients under a signed service agreement, not a promise of results from browsing this website. Any performance guarantee we offer applies only to qualifying clients under a signed agreement with its own specific terms.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites (including social platforms and our booking tool) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Scale Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Elite Scale Digital harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
